Our event aimed to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and promote open and honest conversations about our mental wellbeing. Through a range of activities and talks, we offered support and resources for individuals who may be facing challenges with their mental health, while also emphasizing that it's okay to not always feel okay.
We are grateful for the opportunity to raise awareness on such an important topic and hope to continue the conversation and provide resources for those in need.
Moulmein - Cairnhill Well Being Circle is training more volunteers to be peer supporters to identify early signs of mental health issues and support our community.
