One of Singapore's oldest mosques, Masjid Tasek Utara has served the Tasek Utara, Cambridge and Pek Kio communities since 1907. Recently renovated in 2017, this single-storey mosque retains its traditional village design.

This old flood gauge at Cambridge Road and Carlisle Road recalls the frequent floods of the 1970s. Few of these gauges, once common across Singapore's low-lying areas, remain standing today.

Established on 18 October 1940 amid World War II, the Parish of Christ Church endured wartime damage and has since grown to serve diverse local communities, including a child care center.

Singapore Baptist Church, founded 1960, began in a Cambridge Road house before moving to its present site in 1969. It pioneered bilingual Baptist services in Singapore.
