Moulmein Cairnhill Harmony Circle Appointment Ceremony

Our MoCa Harmony Circles is a key anchor in our community, bringing our different faith and racial groups together to learn from one another and build lasting bonds.

We gathered yesterday to give our the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth - MCCY appointment certificates and discussed ideas for implementation, including during Racial Harmony Month this month.
