Welcoming Our Migrant Workers Back to Little India

Delighted to welcome our guest workers to Little India this morning!

Our Little India Tekka (LIT) Taskforce is working with Ministry of Manpower to welcome migrant workers back to the community, in a pilot run by MOM's ACE (Assurance, Care & Engagement) group to allow workers living in dorms to return to the community after more than 17 months.

And our Little India is special to many of them, with their places of worship, shopping and food. This is a small start and I would like to do more.
